GovCIO is seeking a senior Zero Trust Lead (Network) to own the Zero Trust strategy, define policy, and drive cross-tower integration across identity, device posture, network, cloud, and security domains. The role is hybrid in Washington, DC and requires hands-on network engineering leadership.

You will coordinate with Network Operations, IAM, and Engineering, ensure changes follow ITIL/ServiceNow, and deliver tested, production-ready capabilities.

Formación

• Senior-level hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering/operations.
• Zero Trust design, implementation, and operationalization across identity, device posture, network, cloud/security, and monitoring.
• Leadership across cross-functional teams; familiarity with ITIL-based incident/change management and ServiceNow.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Zero Trust strategy and cross-tower integration model across domains.
• Provide hands-on network engineering and troubleshooting with Cisco routing/switching.
• Define Zero Trust requirements for Palo Alto, Zscaler, and Client Connector.
• Lead Zero Trust requirements for ZIA/ZPA and Aruba NAC integration.
• Coordinate across Network Operations, IAM, Cloud, and Security teams.
• Ensure changes follow ERB/CCB processes with testing and rollback planning.
• Define monitoring/telemetry for Zero Trust across access, identity, and posture.
