Job summary

Impact Clients is hiring a Head of YouTube to lead Richard Yu''s channels and a creative team. You will own growth goals, develop topic strategies, and write first-person scripts while guiding editors and writers to publish high-impact videos.

You''ll work directly with Richard and the leadership team to set direction, KPIs and production standards, delivering content that educates and converts viewers into customers.

Qualifications

• Proven track record growing YouTube channels.
• Ability to define topics, formats and hooks that drive growth.
• Experience writing long-form scripts and refining other writers' work.
• Strong leadership to hire, onboard and manage editors and designers.
• Data-driven mindset with KPI tracking for subscriber and view goals.

Responsibilities

• Own channel growth goals, KPIs and a clear content plan based on audience insights.
• Design and run structured tests with hypotheses and success criteria.
• Oversee packaging of videos: titles, thumbnails, briefs, and testing decisions.
• Write and edit first-person scripts; review others’ scripts for quality and voice.
• Provide production guidance and concrete editor feedback to ensure standards.
• Analyze performance and drive decisions to convert views into leads and sales.
• Build and lead a creative team of editors, designers and writers.
