Foundation is an AI visibility marketing agency helping mid-market and enterprise B2B SaaS clients grow pipeline through data-driven YouTube strategies. The Marketing Strategist (YouTube) designs end-to-end channel plans, determines on-camera talent, and packages each video for maximum reach and engagement.

You will partner with GEO/SEO, Creative, and production teams to turn performance data into actionable strategy, mentor junior teammates, and ensure alignment with broader digital KPI goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in YouTube strategy or video growth for B2B/SaaS.
• Proven success growing channels with measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytics and reporting skills with data-driven storytelling.
• Experience coordinating producers, creators, and editors.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead data-driven YouTube strategies aligned with client goals.
• Analyze analytics, retention, traffic, and AI trends for growth opportunities.
• Own packaging: titles, thumbnails, hooks, descriptions, chapters, Shorts.
• Source and brief on-camera talent and creators for client programs.
• Lead cross-functional planning with GEO/SEO, Creative, and production teams.
• Conduct channel audits and recommend improvements.
• Develop scalable frameworks and playbooks for strategy execution.
• Leverage AI tools to reduce production time and cost.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor junior strategists and foster clear communication.
• Align video initiatives with broader digital marketing KPIs.
