Job summary

Impact Clients seeks a Head of YouTube to lead Richard Yu's channels and creative team. The goal is to grow the business channel from ~90,000 to 200,000+ subscribers in six months and achieve average views per video above 100,000, with ambitious quarterly targets.

The role covers strategy, testing, packaging, scripting, production, analytics and team management, aiming to scale content that educates, builds trust and drives leads/sales. Remote, full‑time, with overlap with US hours.

Qualifications

• Deep passion for YouTube storytelling and psychology.
• Understanding of channel growth and audience engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own the channel's growth goals, metrics and KPIs and translate them into plans for topics, formats and ideas.
• Lead testing and learning with structured hypotheses and defined success measures.
• Create titles, thumbnail concepts and briefs, and guide A/B tests and repackaging decisions.
• Write and edit scripts, build hooks and story structure to deliver on the title's promise.
• Provide production feedback to editors and ensure every video meets standards.
• Analyze performance to inform what to test next and optimize subscriber growth and views.
• Coach and manage editors, designers and writers, and document processes for team efficiency.
