Job summary

Snowball is seeking a Director to own the creative vision for YouTube content created for leading brands. You will shape concepts before filming, direct on set, and steer edits to maintain a single creative POV from concept to final cut.

You’ll collaborate with producers, strategists, editors, and channel leads to develop formats and build videos designed to hold attention, drive retention, and scale channels through repeatable, high-performing structures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years directing video content with a strong portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative vision end to end for every video you’re assigned.
• Develop formats, mechanisms, and structure alongside the team.
• Build creative outlines mapping intro, beats, and outro; present before filming.
• Set visual vision for filming locations and shot lists.
• Attend casting calls and align talent on creative needs.
• Direct all creative on set and guide editors through cuts.
• Incorporate notes from Snowball and brand partners promptly.
