Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking licensed mental health professionals to facilitate remote groups for adolescents and young adults. You will deliver telehealth services using a range of modalities and the most up-to-date Charlie Health curriculum.

The role emphasizes empathetic, relational care and collaboration with the care team. Flexibility with late afternoons/evenings and Saturdays is required, as is a strong commitment to group treatment best practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health or related field required.
• Experience working with youth and young adults.
• Experience facilitating group treatment and telehealth sessions.
• Familiarity with modalities such as DBT, CBT, EMDR; MI certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding requirements within 2 weeks of start date.
• Meet monthly with supervisor/director for check-in.
• Respond promptly to emails and messages (within 48 hours).
• Review curriculum before group start time and facilitate sessions.
• Maintain group engagement and camera-on participation.
• Collaborate with care team across roles.
• Document notes within 24 hours and adhere to standards.
