A community-focused organization is seeking a Wraparound Facilitator to work with children and families facing complex needs. This role involves developing individualized plans, coordinating services, and fostering family independence. Strong communication skills and a Master's degree in Counseling or related field are required. The position offers a pay range of $25–$60 per hour based on experience and licensure and is primarily remote.

Qualifications

• Active listening, motivational interviewing, mediation skills essential.
• Ability to manage large amounts of files and information.
• Knowledge of systems interacting with youth and families required.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized wraparound plans for children and families.
• Coordinate team meetings for child and family support.
• Support in client referral to necessary resources.
