Job summary

Paragon Skills is seeking an experienced Workshop Tutor - Adult Care to plan, prepare and deliver engaging workshops for Adult Care apprenticeships. This remote role involves leading interactive sessions, supporting progression, and ensuring content remains compliant with industry standards.

Occasional evening sessions may be required. You will work remotely as part of a collaborative team, using diverse teaching methods and digital tools, providing personalised learner support and contributing

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in the Adult Care sector.
• Experience in supervisory or management roles within Adult Care.
• Experience delivering training, teaching or facilitating learning, ideally within apprenticeships or adult education.
• Level 3 qualification in Adult Care.
• Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) or equivalent teaching qualification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and impactful workshops across Adult Care apprenticeship programmes.
• Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment that promotes participation and knowledge retention.
• Adapt delivery methods to suit different learning styles, abilities and accessibility requirements.
• Utilise presentations, case studies, discussions and practical activities to enhance learner engagement.
• Provide one-to-one coaching, guidance and support to apprentices throughout their journey.
• Design and administer assessments to evaluate learner progress and understanding.
• Deliver timely, constructive feedback that supports learner development and achievement.
• Contribute to curriculum development and the creation of innovative learning resources.
• Review and update training materials to ensure compliance with current legislation, standards and apprenticeship requirements.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support successful programme delivery.
• Maintain accurate learner records, attendance data and assessment outcomes.
• Keep up to date with developments, best practice and emerging trends within the Adult Care sector.
• Promote safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion in all aspects of delivery.
• Comply with GDPR, data protection and company policies.
