Are you an experienced Adult Care professional with a passion for developing others? We're looking for a dedicated Workshop Tutor - Adult Care to deliver engaging, high-quality training and support to learners undertaking Adult Care apprenticeships. This is an exciting opportunity to use your industry expertise to help apprentices build the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to thrive in their careers, while contributing to an outstanding learning experience. Salary: £30,000.00 Hours: 36.5 hours a week Remote based position As a Workshop Tutor, you will plan, prepare and deliver interactive workshops for Adult Care apprentices, creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment that supports achievement and progression. Working remotely as part of a collaborative team, you'll use a variety of teaching methods and digital tools to bring learning to life, provide personalised learner support, and ensure training content remains relevant, compliant and aligned to industry standards. Please note there will be a need to deliver occasional evening workshops (approximately once per week).
