Job summary

QA is seeking a Senior Apprenticeship Tutor (Data and AI) to deliver apprenticeship programmes across the Data pathway from foundational skills to advanced analytics and data engineering. You will create practical learning experiences, working with SMEs and curriculum teams to prepare learners for data-focused roles.

A passion for teaching and coaching is essential. The role emphasizes hands-on industry-relevant content, mentoring learners, and contributing to content improvement.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in data-related field.
• Experience in Data Analytics, BI, Data Engineering.
• Strong SQL and data management knowledge.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with Python and cloud platforms (Azure).
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Teaching qualification or willingness to work toward one.

Responsibilities

• Teach topics including data literacy, analysis and data-driven decision making.
• Cover data quality, governance and ethical data practices.
• Deliver SQL, databases and data modelling content.
• Instruct on statistics, EDA and insight generation.
• Lead data visualisation with Power BI/Tableau.
• Teach Python for data analysis and engineering and ETL basics.
• Cover data engineering fundamentals and Azure.
