You will architect ICHRA strategies and level-funded options for small-to-mid market employers, enabling smooth transitions from legacy plans to individual market portability.

Responsibilities include partnering with BenAdmin and enrollment tech vendors to automate onboarding, integrate data feeds, and deliver frictionless experiences for employees

Qualifications

• 5+ years in worksite, voluntary, and ancillary benefits distribution.
• Experience with B2B health insurance models and ROI discussions.
• Strong understanding of ACA/ICHRA regulations and level-funded plans.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ICHRA contribution strategies and level-funded architectures.
