Qualifications
- 5+ years in worksite, voluntary, and ancillary benefits distribution.
- Deep knowledge of ICHRA regulations and ACA dynamics.
- Experience with BenAdmin software and enrollment technology.
- Ability to discuss ROI and tax optimization with executives.
Responsibilities
- Partner with agencies and distribution partners for B2B growth.
- Design and implement ICHRA contribution strategies and level-funded structures.
- Collaborate with BenAdmin and enrollment platforms for digital onboarding.
- Bundle ancillary and non-traditional products to mitigate employee risk.
- Translate ACA/HRA regulations into actionable financial advantages.
- Identify new distribution partners to scale the footprint.
