Job summary

TROVE GROUP INC is seeking a Workplace Growth Manager to drive B2B workplace insurance growth by partnering with agencies and distribution networks. You will architect ICHRA strategies and level-funded structures for SMBs, integrating ancillary products to improve portability from legacy plans.

The role requires strong expertise in BenAdmin platforms, enrollment tech, and CRM tools, with a focus on translating ACA and HRA regulations into clear financial gains.

Qualifications

• 5+ years with a heavy emphasis on worksite, voluntary, and ancillary benefits distribution and B2B health insurance models.
• Deep understanding of ICHRA regulations, ACA individual market dynamics, level-funded plan designs, and the broader ancillary/supplemental insurance landscape.
• Technology & Platform Fluency: Experience with BenAdmin software, enrollment tech vendors, and CRM/data tools to drive sales funnels.
• Proven B2B Fluency: Ability to discuss ROI, tax optimization, risk management, and talent retention with executives.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to build and manage a P&L.
• Professional designations (CLF, REBC, or industry equivalents) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Agency Partnership & B2B Growth: Partner with agencies and distribution partners to drive growth.
• ICHRA & Level-Funded Architecture: Design and implement ICHRA contributions and level-funded structures for SMBs.
• Enrollment & HR Tech Integration: Collaborate with BenAdmin and enrollment platforms for automated onboarding and data feeds.
• Ancillary & Supplemental Bundling: Package ancillary lines alongside supplemental products to mitigate employee financial exposure.
• Strategic Consulting: Advise brokers and HR executives on ACA and HRA regulations and financial advantages.
• Market Expansion: Identify new affinity groups and agency partners to scale distribution.
