Job summary

Perkins Coie LLP is seeking a detail-oriented Workload Coordinator to join the Business Operations team. You will balance attorney workloads and oversee staffing logistics, providing high-level support to multiple attorneys and internal clients.

In a flexible Monday–Friday schedule, you’ll drive operational excellence, manage PTO and backup assignments, and act as the central point of contact for requests via ServiceNow, ensuring timely, accurate service delivery.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant Legal Practice Assistant experience or equivalent.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily workflow operations for a legal support team.
• Balance workloads and coordinate coverage to maximize efficiency.
• Manage staffing logistics including PTO, leave requests, backup assignments.
• Serve as central contact for service requests; prioritize and monitor work in ServiceNow.
• Provide hands-on production support, quality control, and client service to attorneys and staff.
• Perform advanced Legal Practice Assistant duties to drive operational excellence.
