Job summary

Unicon Systems is seeking a Workfront Technical Consultant for a 100% remote role in the United States. You will provide technical consulting, implement Workfront solutions, and translate business requirements into scalable configurations.

You will design and customize Workfront projects, workflows, templates, and approvals, and integrate with enterprise systems using REST APIs. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront in enterprise settings.
• Experience configuring Workfront workflows, forms, templates and reports.
• Strong understanding of Workfront projects, portfolios and resources.
• Experience with Workfront Fusion, REST APIs and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consulting and implementation support for Workfront solutions.
• Analyze requirements and translate into scalable Workfront solutions.
• Design, configure, customize projects, workflows, forms, templates, and approvals.
• Configure programs, projects, tasks, issues, and reporting structures.
• Develop and optimize Workfront workflows and automation.
• Integrate Workfront with enterprise apps using APIs and integration tech.
• Define PM, RM, portfolio, and operational requirements with stakeholders.
• Develop dashboards, reports, calculated fields, and reporting solutions.
• Troubleshoot configuration, integration, and performance issues.
• Support data migration, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, analysts, PMs, and stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance, best practices, and knowledge transfer.
• Support Workfront Fusion integrations and automation as needed.
• Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture and security standards.
