Job summary

Code and Theory in New York is seeking an Adobe Workfront Consultant to translate business needs into scalable Workfront solutions, guiding design from discovery through implementation and ensuring alignment with platform best practices.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and a system architect to create technical and enablement materials, develop UAT scripts, address risks early, and ensure governance, scalability, and clear documentation across projects.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Adobe Workfront (functional + technical understanding).
• Experience in requirement gathering and translating business needs into solutions.
• Knowledge of workflow design, automation, and system integrations.
• Experience working with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Solid communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a functional and technical Workfront expert with strong platform knowledge.
• Co-own solution design from discovery phase, translating business requirements into workable solutions.
• Lead development of Agency Workbook in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Partner with System Architect to create detailed Technical Workbook aligned with Workfront configurations.
• Define end-to-end business workflows with clear dependencies and automation points.
• Develop and execute UAT scripts to validate configurations and integrations.
• Identify risks early and expose any structural or foundational concerns.
• Create enablement materials and conduct user training sessions.
• Ensure solutions align with platform standards, scalability, and governance guidelines.
