Job summary

Truelogic Software LLC is seeking a System Architect to lead the design and governance of enterprise Workfront implementations. You will define architectural standards and ensure scalable integrations across Workfront, Fusion, and in-house tools, partnering with engineering and QA teams.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years in Workfront architecture, strong governance and integration experience, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

Workfront expertise: 4+ years hands-on with Adobe Workfront, designing and architecting enterprise-grade solutions.
Ecosystem integration: experience integrating Workfront with in-house tools/platforms and other enterprise systems; strong Workfront Fusion knowledge.
Governance & scalability: strong governance frameworks, data modeling, and scalable Workfront solutions for high-volume environments.
Technical leadership: ability to exercise design authority, make critical architectural decisions, evaluate tradeoffs, and guide complex implementations.
Fluent English level, clear communication in a multinational team.
Located in Latin America.

Responsibilities

Architectural Strategy & Design Authority: lead overall solution architecture and approve designs to ensure compliance with standards.
Core Ecosystem Definition: define structures across Workfront, Fusion, in-house tools, and downstream integrations.
Governance & Impact Analysis: own impact analysis for system changes and maintain change documentation.
Implementation Oversight: provide governance and guidance to configuration and QA teams throughout rollout.
