Qualifications

• Adobe Workfront administration experience.
• Experience configuring workflows, intake processes, and governance models.
• Knowledge of portfolios, programs, projects, tasks, and resources.
• Proven ability to improve business processes and workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Workfront certifications or willingness to earn them.
• Experience supporting enterprise users and driving adoption.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable Workfront solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer Adobe Workfront environments.
• Design and optimize portfolios, programs, projects, queues and workflows.
• Create custom forms, fields, approvals, and governance.
• Improve efficiency through workflow automation and optimization.
• Support resource management, capacity planning, and workload balancing.
• Build reports and dashboards to drive decisions.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on best practices.
