Job summary

Walker Bowen Talent Partners is partnered with a scaling health tech company to recruit a US-based Manager of Workforce Planning & Management. This remote role drives forecasting, scheduling, intraday performance, and reporting for a multi-vendor operation across the US.

You will lead a team of analysts and collaborate with Strategy, Operations, Finance, and Member Services to shape staffing decisions and service levels.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data-driven recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Working knowledge of workforce management fundamentals, including Erlang modeling, shrinkage and occupancy math.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting & Capacity Planning: translate volume into net FTE requirements and plan for new client launches.
• Scheduling & BPO Coordination: maintain schedules and staffing plans; monitor headcount and coverage gaps.
• Intraday Performance Oversight: monitor real-time SLA and make calls during spikes or shortfalls.
• Team Direction: set priorities and scalable processes for WFM analysts.
• Reporting & Stakeholder Communication: weekly/monthly WFM reporting and data-backed answers.
