Centene Corporation is seeking a Manager, Business Insights to lead workforce capacity planning and staffing forecast initiatives across markets. You will translate complex data into staffing and financial recommendations, partnering with leaders to ensure compliant staffing and optimal performance.

You will influence decisions, own product analytics deployment, and monitor SLAs and workforce indicators to drive enterprise success with a flexible work approach.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 4+ years in analytics, IT or business.
• Experience with tech product ownership, development, deployment, and adoption preferred.
• Proficiency with analytical tools like PowerBI/Tableau/Alteryx/SAS preferred.
