Job summary

Delaware North is seeking a Workforce Planner to oversee weekly labor planning within UKG Dimensions and Virtual Roster, and to maintain scheduling edits and attendance records. This role supports cost control by tracking hours, vacations, sick time, and overtime, while partnering with operations to maximize system utilization in a remote/hybrid capacity.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of scheduling experience and familiarity with UKG Dimensions, Excel, and budgeting concepts.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, human resources, or business preferred.
• 1–2 years scheduling or labor planning experience.
• Experience using UKG Dimensions and Virtual Roster preferred.
• Knowledge of Excel, WorkDay or similar systems.
• Understanding of P&Ls and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Create and configure weekly schedules in UKG Dimensions and Virtual Roster.
• Monitor scheduled hours versus forecast and manage labor costs.
• Partner with operations to maximize system utilization and updates.
• Review weekly volume forecasts and set performance targets.
• Coordinate training for system users and advise on scheduling decisions.
