Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Manager of UKG Workforce Solutions to support a healthcare client in Indiana. You will transform underutilized workforce management systems and oversee UKG platform functionalities for workforce planning, scheduling, and productivity enhancement.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of UKG experience. You will closely collaborate with HR, Payroll, and clinical teams to drive system improvements and training, particularly focusing on scheduling for nurse managers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience with UKG Workforce Management in advanced scheduling.
• Experience within a healthcare environment with exposure to UKG scheduling.
• Hands-on experience with implementations, upgrades, or system optimization.
• Strong understanding of workforce scheduling for nursing.

Responsibilities

• Transform underutilized workforce management systems within a complex healthcare environment.
• Oversee system configuration, optimization, reporting, enhancements, and overall functionality.
• Drive system adoption and improve efficiency working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Train and teach employees, especially nurse managers, how to properly use UKG for scheduling.
