Job summary

Delaware North is seeking a Workforce Planner to join our team. You will oversee weekly labor planning and scheduling within UKG Dimensions and Virtual Roster, maintaining attendance records and daily edits to ensure accurate staffing.

The role emphasizes precision, efficiency, and collaboration with operations to optimize staffing and control labor costs. Remote or hybrid work options are available across multiple office locations.

Qualifications

Degree in accounting, human resources, or business preferred.
1–2 years of scheduling or labor planning experience.
Experience with UKG Dimensions and Virtual Roster preferred.
Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Workday.
Understanding of P&L and budgeting.
Excellent organizational and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

Create and configure weekly schedules in UKG Dimensions and Virtual Roster.
Monitor scheduled hours vs forecast and manage labor costs.
Partner with operations to maximize system utilization and adhere to scheduling best practices.
Review weekly volume forecasts and set performance targets.
Coordinate and provide system training with operations.
