Job summary

ServiceRocket is seeking a Workforce & Financial Data Analyst to connect raw workforce data with executive decision-making. You will partner with cross-functional teams to build reporting models, analyze budgets, and establish dashboards in a flexible, remote-friendly environment.

The role emphasizes data-driven storytelling for leadership, collaboration across functions, and ongoing learning with a diverse, global rocketeer community.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of data analysis, workforce planning, financial analysis (FP&A), or compensation analytics.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets / Excel, including advanced formulas, QUERY, and pivot tables.
• Practical working knowledge of SQL to query, extract, and manipulate large datasets.
• Professional English proficiency (B2+ or higher) with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain complex workforce data models in Google Sheets/Excel.
• Perform internal equity analysis and market compensation benchmarking.
• Analyze P&L budget vs. expense variances across units.
• Create, automate, and refine cross-functional dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Translate complex data into executive-ready presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with People Operations, Finance, and Business Unit leaders on key initiatives.
• Demonstrate high attention to detail and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
