Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Operations Analyst (Finance) for a fully remote role spanning LATAM and US payroll operations. You will manage payroll, expenses, and monthly closings while building leadership dashboards for strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate combines financial acumen with strong data skills,comfortable turning fragmented data into actionable insights and collaborating with finance and non-finance teams.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in finance operations, financial analysis, business operations, or a related analytical role.
• Hands-on experience with payroll, expense management, and monthly financial close processes.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced spreadsheet proficiency.
• Experience working with SQL and/or business intelligence tools such as Metabase, Looker Studio, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Finance Operations: Own payroll execution across LATAM and US systems, contractor payments, and payroll reconciliation.
• Manage employee expenses, corporate cards, receipts, approvals, and reimbursements.
• Support the monthly close through journal entries, reconciliations, invoice tracking, and AR follow-up.
• Maintain accurate, clean financial data across systems.
• Partner with Head of Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis.
• Identify discrepancies and investigate root causes.
