ServiceRocket in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a Workforce & Financial Data Analyst to join the Workforce Planning & People Operations team. You will bridge raw workforce data with executive decision-making, building dynamic reports, benchmarking compensation, and tracking P&L variances while shaping new dashboards.

This role offers remote work flexibility with a hybrid approach and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in data analysis, workforce planning, FP&A, or compensation analytics.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills with nested formulas, QUERY, and pivot tables.
• Practical SQL knowledge to query, extract, and manipulate large datasets.
• Experience with market benchmarking, internal pay equity analysis, and P&L budget vs. expense evaluation.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-ready visuals and briefings.
• Professional English proficiency (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Model workforce and financial data using Google Sheets/Excel with nested functions and pivot tables.
• Perform internal equity analysis and market compensation benchmarking.
• Analyze P&L budget vs. expense variances and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Create and refine dashboards for cross-functional leadership.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations and briefs for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with People Operations, Finance, and business-unit leaders on strategic data projects.
