iRocket is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our finance team and help drive financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and analysis for our growth trajectory.

You will support monthly close, prepare variance analyses and forecasts, and assist with cash flow management and capital planning in a fast-paced environment. Strong Excel and financial modeling skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, or financial analysis.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with financial modeling.
• Familiarity with accounting principles (GAAP or relevant).
• Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, forecasts, and budgets.
• Support cash flow management and capital planning.
• Conduct cost analysis, margin analysis, and performance metrics.
• Liaise with other departments to gather input and validate assumptions.
• Maintain financial models and sensitivity analyses.
