The University of Maine at Presque Isle (UMPI) is seeking a Workforce Enrollment Specialist to support prospective learners, working adults, and regional employer partners. You will serve as the primary contact for non-degree, certificate, and degree pathways and guide students through admissions and enrollment.

This remote, full-time role requires a tech-literate, student-focused professional with excellent communication and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; associates with related experience considered.
• Strong listening and verbal/written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Gmail and Zoom; tech-literate.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for non-degree, certificate, and degree pathways.
• Guide prospective learners through admissions and enrollment.
• Coordinate with academic and support teams to ensure a smooth learner transition.
