Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience in admissions, tutoring, counseling, customer service, or sales may be considered with an associate's degree.
• Excellent communication, diplomacy, and discretion when engaging with prospective students.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact guiding non-degree, certificate, and degree pathways through admissions and enrollment.
• Coordinate with Admissions, Advisors, Student Support Services to ensure a smooth learner transition.
• Promote student success by anticipating needs and managing multiple enrollment tasks.
