Job summary

Old Republic Commercial Risk is seeking a Sr Workforce Data Analyst to build and maintain data models, tools, and processes for HR reporting and analytics across HR, payroll, and workforce systems.

You will transform data from current and legacy sources into reliable datasets, partner with HRIT and business partners, and enable scalable dashboards and automation using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Experience building data structures and models to support reporting and analytics.
• Experience extracting, transforming, integrating, and validating data from multiple sources.
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and data integrity concepts.
• Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools, especially Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance workforce data structures, models, and processes for HR reporting and analytics.
• Transform data from multiple HR and payroll sources into analytics-ready datasets.
• Build scalable data and automation solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business partners to expand workforce metrics and analytics capabilities.
• Translate requirements into data models, governance, and automated data pipelines.
• Perform data validation and root-cause analysis to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
• Support data governance definitions, mappings, lineage, and security for sensitive information.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate reporting and data-management processes.
• Integrate new data sources to support evolving reporting needs across HR and payroll.
• Support HCM implementations and historical data initiatives.
• Demonstrate adherence to Code of Business Conduct and applicable policies.
