Job summary

Naukri Mitra is seeking a Virtual Workforce Analytics Consultant to drive data-informed HR decisions. You will analyze workforce patterns across distributed teams, develop executive dashboards, and forecast attrition and hiring trends.

You’ll collaborate with Talent Acquisition, DEI, L&D, and HR Operations while building automated data pipelines and ensuring data governance in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in people analytics, workforce strategy, or HR data consulting
• Experience leading distributed projects
• Built KPI systems to improve HR ROI
• Applied ethical ML frameworks for HR
• Synthesized multi-source datasets into enterprise-level strategies

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs and model employee behavior in hybrid environments
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Apply forecasting techniques to identify attrition risks and hiring trends
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, DEI, L&D, and HR Operations
• Develop automated data pipelines using Python, SQL, and APIs for real-time reporting
