Naukri Mitra seeks a Virtual Workforce Experience Consultant to reinvent remote collaboration across time zones and cultures. You’ll design experiences that make distributed teams feel like they are in one room, fostering belonging, creativity, and momentum.

In this remote role, you’ll prototype rituals, coordinate virtual events, and help teams onboard, engage, and communicate with empathy—turning everyday meetings into memorable moments that boost performance and morale.

Qualifications

• Solid experience designing or running team engagement activities (virtual or hybrid).
• Strong understanding of remote work culture and challenges.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects without losing composure.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Ability to read virtual room and adapt approach to include quieter participants.

Responsibilities

• Design virtual experiences and rituals that boost engagement across time zones.
• Coordinate and lead virtual events and onboarding activities for distributed teams.
• Identify and mitigate frictions in remote collaboration and meetings.
• Create memorable moments that improve morale and productivity.
• Partner with teams to scale and sustain remote engagement initiatives.
