Role Summary Mission and Purpose

Your mission is to convert raw workforce data into actionable insights that inform hiring strategies, operational efficiency, and employee engagement. You’ll guide leaders toward smarter, data-informed decisions through sophisticated people analytics and cross-functional data storytelling. You’ll use tools to collect, refine, and analyze data from HR systems and productivity platforms. Your deliverables will fuel improvements in DEI, retention, and workforce utilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Workforce Data Interpretation and Analysis: Evaluate employee trends across departments and regions using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Excel. Monitor indicators such as utilization rates, attrition metrics, diversity benchmarks, and engagement indexes.
• Forecasting and Strategic Planning: Use machine learning techniques and forecasting models to support long-term talent planning. Integrate insights from HRIS platforms and project tools for cohesive data visualization.
• Collaboration and Optimization: Partner with organizational leaders to design initiatives that enhance the employee lifecycle experience. Discover ways to enhance productivity through onboarding analysis and pipeline optimization.
• Reporting and Data Integrity: Create live dashboards and monthly analytical reports tailored to stakeholders across the business. Uphold data integrity through regular audits and adherence to compliance protocols. Automate reports and dashboard updates for streamlined insight delivery.
