Job summary

Abbott is a global healthcare leader with a broad portfolio spanning diagnostics, devices, nutritionals and medicines. The Associate, Digital Health Solutions Consultant will work with Sales Executives to craft technical designs, drive cost efficiencies, and improve patient care across the East Region in a remote field-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4 years' sales or consulting experience.
• Experience in building business on current accounts and creating new profitable accounts.

Responsibilities

• Support informatics and digital health solution design for DHSE.
• Drive client success initiatives throughout the sales process, ensure proper scope and handoff to the Digital Delivery Team.
• Spend 75% of time conducting workflow workshops at client sites and 25% conducting client demonstrations.
• Serve as an expert consultant in technical discussions of architecture and integration for informatics and Digital Health offerings.
• Create framework for data analysis, workflow assessments and insights to customers.
• Create tools (e.g., SOW) and conduct solution demonstrations, workflow designs, and delivery standardization.
• Drive integration of Digital Health Solutions offerings into key customer objectives.
• Articulate vision for improvement and diagnose technical issues or roadblocks in customer projects.
• Share best practices related to efficiency and accuracy that promote functionality and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Digital Health Solutions Executive to ensure proper sales-to-delivery handoff and updated kickoff communication.
• Act as SME for AlinIQ workflow and solution discussions post-implementation and acceptance.
