Engage PEO, a recognized growth company, seeks a WC Policy Management Coordinator to support Risk Management from a remote U.S. location. You will triage inquiries, process certificates of insurance, and perform precise data entry across systems, ensuring timely delivery and accurate records.

The role requires a minimum of two years’ related experience, knowledge of workers' compensation policies, and strong MS Office/CRM skills. A PEO background is a plus, with competitive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of Workers' Compensation insurance policies, procedures, and regulations.
• PEO experience is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office, including Excel.
• Strong data-entry proficiency; CRM software experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and manage the team’s shared inbox, reviewing incoming emails to identify the nature of each inquiry and determine the required actions.
• Triage incoming work by evaluating requests, gathering necessary information, prioritizing tasks, and assigning them to appropriate team members for resolution.
• Process requests for Certificates of Insurance, including reviewing requests for completeness, preparing certificates, and ensuring timely delivery to our customers.
• Perform accurate data entry across multiple systems, databases, and tools while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Create, organize, maintain, and retrieve electronic files and records.
• Communicate professionally with internal staff and customers.
• Assist with departmental administrative functions, including document preparation, correspondence, and special projects as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business, customer, and policy information.
• Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance administrative processes, workflow efficiency, and record management practices.
