Confidential Employer is seeking an attorney licensed in California or awaiting bar results to work remotely on California workers' compensation defense matters. The role accommodates all experience levels and offers a broad salary range, reflecting both entry-level and seasoned practitioners.

Responsibilities include defending claims from evaluation to resolution, reviewing medical records, drafting documents, and engaging in discovery, depositions, and settlements, with strong collaboration

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice law in California or awaiting California bar results.
• All experience levels considered, including entry level.
• 1+ year of workers' compensation experience preferred.
• Strong research, writing, organization, and communication skills.
• Interest in representing employers and insurers in workers' compensation matters.

• Defend California workers' compensation claims from initial evaluation through resolution.
