Orionplacement is seeking attorneys for a fully remote position focusing on California workers' compensation defense. Licensure in California or pending bar results are required, with all experience levels considered and 1+ year WC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help defend California workers' compensation claims from initial evaluation through resolution.
• Review claim files, medical records, and evidence to develop effective case strategies.
• Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and clear client updates.
• Participate in discovery, depositions, hearings, and settlement discussions.
• Work with clients and colleagues to move matters forward efficiently.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year

Location: Fully remote throughout the United States, supporting California workers' compensation matters. California residency is preferred, but relocation is not required.
