Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking a senior Workers’ Compensation claims leader to supervise a multi-claimant team remotely. You will guide handling practices, drive efficiency, and ensure high-quality service for clients and carriers.

The role requires at least 10 years of claims experience, valid licensure in relevant states, and leadership capability. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and you will operate in a remote, nationwide capacity with GB support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of 10 years related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states claims are handled.
• Knowledge of all team member related functions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a Workers' Compensation claims team across a range of caseload sizes.
• Promote Best Practices in handling claims according to GB’s standards.
• Drive talent by hiring and training adjusters and fostering performance.
