• Underwrite, price and service $500K+ premium Workers' Compensation accounts (think trucking, construction, energy and other high-severity classes).
• Build and maintain relationships with top retail agencies.
• Operate with real decision-making authority—this isn’t a “submit and wait” underwriting role.
• Collaborate with a high-tech, high-touch back office including legal, audit, claims and loss control.
• Travel up to 25% to meet key brokers and drive business growth (remote work available).
