Applicants should hold a Juris Doctor degree and be an active member of the Georgia Bar with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

• Active member in good standing with the Georgia Bar.
• 2+ years of experience in general liability, insurance coverage, or workers' compensation defense.
• Familiarity with third-party cases.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee GA workers’ compensation cases from inception to resolution.
• Maintain a caseload and provide legal guidance to clients.
• Coordinate with case managers for administrative tasks.
