Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation attorney to join our growing Southeast practice. This fully remote opportunity allows you to originate, maintain, and grow your own book with robust firm support.

Georgia and/or Florida bar admission is required, with a portable client base and proven business development capabilities. You will handle hearings, negotiations, and litigation as needed, while collaborating with fellow attorneys and staff.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Georgia and/or Florida.
• Established, portable book of workers' compensation business.
• Demonstrated history of originating and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of workers' compensation clients and matters.
• Maintain direct relationships with clients and referral sources.
• Represent clients in workers' compensation proceedings, hearings, mediations, and litigation as appropriate.
• Handle matters through resolution, including settlement negotiations and contested proceedings.
• Continue developing business through established professional relationships and new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the firm's attorneys and support professionals.
