Jobot is seeking an entrepreneurial attorney in a fully remote role to grow and manage a portable workers' compensation practice. The candidate should bring an established client base and be able to operate with substantial autonomy across GA and FL markets.

The firm offers a competitive compensation structure tied to collections, a strong infrastructure, and potential for partnership or equity for the right attorney, with hybrid support and remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Georgia and/or Florida, in good standing.
• Substantial experience practicing workers' compensation law.
• An established, portable book of workers' compensation business.
• Demonstrated history of originating and maintaining client relationships.
• Ability to independently manage a workers' compensation caseload.
• Willingness to attend court and other required proceedings within the attorney's respective state.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of workers' compensation clients and matters.
• Maintain direct relationships with clients and referral sources.
• Represent clients in workers' compensation proceedings, hearings, mediations, and litigation as appropriate.
• Handle matters through resolution, including settlement negotiations and contested proceedings.
• Continue developing business through established professional relationships and new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the firm's attorneys and support professionals.
• Maintain client service standards and compliance with applicable state legal requirements.
