Job summary

Davies North America is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Claims Supervisor to lead a team handling medical-only, lost-time, and complex claims from a remote home-based location in the United States.

You will coach staff, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate with Nurse Case Managers, manage reserves, support return-to-work programs, and report on key performance metrics to clients and leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of workers’ compensation claims handling experience.
• Active FL 5-20 or 6-20 license is required.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of workers’ compensation laws, regulations, and practices.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor claims adjusters handling medical-only, lost time, and complex claims.
• Review high-exposure claims and provide guidance on claim strategy.
• Ensure proper investigation, documentation, and reserve management.
• Partner with Nurse Case Managers and medical providers for treatment and return-to-work.
• Monitor performance metrics and report to clients and leadership.
