AMERISAFE is looking for a detailed-oriented professional to join our Workers Compensation Claims Team in Pennsylvania. The role involves conducting on-site investigations, determining compensability, and ensuring injured workers receive appropriate benefits. Candidates should have Pennsylvania workers compensation claims experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

This is a remote position with additional benefits including auto reimbursement and a target case load of 60 claims. A valid driver's license and acceptable vehicle are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Pennsylvania workers compensation claims experience highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or related professional business experience acceptable.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site and in-person investigations.
• Determine compensability and establish reserves.
• Work with injured workers and ensure appropriate benefits are provided.

Skills

Pennsylvania workers compensation claims experience

Professional written and verbal communication skills

World class customer service attitude

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Ability to learn proprietary software

Education
