Cottingham & Butler Claims Services (CBCS) offers a remote Work Comp Adjuster role focusing on Southeast jurisdictions. You will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle claims from home, with no commuting.

Ideal candidates have 1 year workers' comp adjusting experience, strong communication, and knowledge of relevant laws. You'll interact with claimants, providers, and attorneys while managing multi-jurisdiction workloads.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of workers' compensation claims adjusting experience.
• License/state experience in Southeast states.
• Knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office and claims management software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle workers' compensation claims.
