The position requires 1+ year of WC claims adjusting experience, with duties including investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement, plus communication with claimants, providers, attorneys, and executives.

Ideal candidates have strong knowledge of WC laws, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently while thriving in a team and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a workers compensation claims adjuster.
• Knowledge of workers compensation laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office and claims management software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle workers' compensation claims.
• Communicate with claimants, CEOs, providers, and attorneys.
• Handle claims across multiple jurisdictions to ensure timely resolutions.
• Provide documentation and reporting to clients and internal teams.
