Cottingham & Butler Claims Services (CBCS) is hiring a remote Work Comp Adjuster to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle workers' compensation claims for diverse clients. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, with the ability to manage claims across multiple jurisdictions and collaborate with claimants, providers, and attorneys.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of adjuster experience, solid knowledge of workers' compensation laws, and proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a workers compensation claims adjuster.
• Demonstrated knowledge of workers compensation laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office and claims management software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and evaluate workers' compensation claims.
