Cottingham & Butler Claims Services (CBCS) offers a remote Work Comp Adjuster role focusing on Southeast jurisdictions. You will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle claims from home, coordinating with claimants, providers, and attorneys.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of workers' compensation experience, a Southeast license, and strong negotiation skills. Benefits start day one, with flexible salary based on experience, and a comprehensive toolkit for success.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year experience as a workers compensation claims adjuster.
License/state experience in the Southeast states.
Demonstrated knowledge of workers compensation laws and regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office and claims management software.

Responsibilities

Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle workers compensation claims on behalf of clients.
Communicate with a wide range of individuals including CEOs, claimants, providers, and attorneys.
Handle claims across multiple jurisdictions to ensure accurate and timely resolutions.
