Job summary

Boomerang Healthcare is hiring a Charge Posting Supervisor to oversee the Workers' Compensation charge entry team remotely. The role focuses on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across WC accounts, with guidance, quality oversight, and KPI reporting.

Candidates should have 3–5+ years of medical billing and supervisory experience, and familiarity with EHR/PM systems (IMS, ECW, Prognosis). This position is remote, with eligibility in AZ, CA, NM, NV, OR, TX, and WA.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of medical billing or charge entry experience.
• Lead/supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of California Workers' Compensation billing rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Workers' Compensation charge entry team.
• Ensure accurate, timely posting of WC charges per payer requirements.
• Monitor queues, productivity, and aging to resolve work.
• Provide coaching to staff and escalate complex issues.
• Collaborate with coding, billing, denial management, and clinic operations to resolve discrepancies.
