The role offers autonomy over cases, a clear path to partnership, and a competitive base salary up to $225k DOE.

Defend employers and carriers, manage lien litigation and settlements, and plan trial or settlement strategies with partner support. Growth, stability, and a strong culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Experience in workers’ compensation defense from 6 months to partner level.
• Ability to manage caseload with partner support and coordination.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in workers’ comp cases.

Responsibilities

• Defend employers and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation claims.
• Handle lien litigation, subrogation recovery, and settlements.
• Manage caseload with partner support, including depositions, discovery, and motions.
• Tackle high-impact regulatory matters and complex trauma cases.
